Though this one is more distressing - these are folks who probably had asylum in the US, was to be repatriated to their home country... And they're being holed up in a hotel. But clearly there are folks who would not want to go back to Iran after going to the US ... Or other places. Panama is trying to sort it out but they want to ensure they're on the good side of Orangina.

Afghans. Iranians. Other marginalised folks.
