So you have this "exodus" of companies "loudly" picking up roots to move there.
And then a hurricane hits... or some tornadoes take out their corporate office parks... or a blue norther dips down and causes an overuse of power for heat, with summer doing the same with the need for air-conditioning, causing an overload of the grid not properly maintained by the profit-hungry utilities and...
