In reply to the discussion: DOJ pushing to keep Trump from blocking release of classified docs report on immunity grounds [View all]BumRushDaShow

She has NO AUTHORITY over the J6 case which is under the D.C. District and had been assigned to D.C. District Court Judge Tanya Chutkan.
Remember there are 2 cases. The unfortunate method for designating ( "naming" ) the reports for both of these cases using the terminology of "Volume 1" and "Volume 2", with one referencing J6 (under the D.C. District) and the other referencing the Classified Docs (which is under Southern District of Florida) has confused much of DU, and so the misinformation continues to fly.
The J6 "volume" WAS released and seemed to land with a silent thud on DU, because people had mentally assumed it would never come out, Because. Garland. And so in their minds it still hasn't. The 174 pages of it is available for anyone to read and the cognitive dissonance is there for all to see.

Garland should have dropped the charges on Nauta and Deoliver (or whatever this criminal's name is)

So should a Bailiff go into her Courtroom, haul her out in handcuffs, and lock her up for judicial misconduct

There is no case for immunity. He wasn't in office then. Unless they are able

Why not just give the report to President Biden and let him release it.

DOJ should just release everything now and not worry about being stopped by TCF later
