it is a corrupt entity working for the criminal, and does not respect the rule of law. They want to find a prosecutor who can dismiss the case.

The banana taped to a wall that sold for a ton of money? Maybe the comedian who taped the banana was just making a piece of art that depicts what the USA has become now, a banana republic.
