18. Unfortunately the web address for the PotM changes whenever it changes.

You might be able to right-click on the space where the image should appear (if it doesn't load) and copy the image location. Then paste that in the address bar of a new browser tab/window, delete the www and enter in sync (or whatever seems to be working) and hit the enter key. And hopefully the picture will appear.

If we're lucky this will all be moot in an hour or so - but it's a good idea to retain the info should some other connection issues arise in the future.
