Regarding jury service: I apologize if the answer seems obvious, but it's not to me. Could you please clarify how we can judge if someone posted something in good faith or just to disrupt? I have actually backed out of jury duty after carefully considering whether or not the post in question broke the rule because I didn't feel I could know what the intentions of the poster were.

Any guidance would be appreciated.
