(22,000 posts)19. Currently I teach English, but finished my Doctorate in Business Administration in April
I'm switching over after 10 years of teaching English as I'm tired of it and really wanted to teach in my field (I already had an MBA, but unfortunately that wasn't enough). It took me 4 years and 7 months to finish my doctorate and it was tiring. I defended the day before my 44th birthday.
Thanks for the recommendations on those cities. I'll keep an eye out for openings in both.
