he was voted into office by his constituents. When he put his hand on the Bible and swore his oath of office, his constituents expected him to serve God. God says gambling is immoral. It doesn't matter what "the people want." God comes first.

Plus, a lot of Democrats could turn out for a lottery or casino vote. Republicans suppress voting, not encourage it!
