16. I have a 90 year old friend that can still run a 5k

and still looks quite healthy and mentally I have a hard time keeping up with him. His only non-healthy diet choice is drinking a Blue Moon a couple times a week. If anyone would be able to do a 5k at 100 my bets would be placed squarely on him.

Given what I heard about heredity in his family, trump is facing headwinds. His temperament doesn't help. I read a while back that he cheats on his diet. Assuming this is true, who is going to keep him on the straight and narrow without fear of reprisal?
