The ruling is 115 pages. I thought I read on BlueSky that the regime has two weeks to file a response which can be no longer than 25 pages. But I can’t find it in the ruling (because legalese makes my eyes glaze over), and I’ll never find it again over there. And maybe I’m thinking of a different case among the ~230 cases against them, but I don’t think so.
