My favorite part (FINALLY, someone who can do something about TSF is putting it into black and white):

"Plaintiffs are a coalition of labor organizations, non-profit groups, and local governments that file this complaint to hold unlawful and stop the unconstitutional dismantling of the federal government by the President of the United States on a scale unprecedented in this country’s history and in clear excess of his authority"

I will be following this case closely.
