He floods the zone with bullshit everyday and the media laps it up. Don’t give him air and control over your mental health. He is an attention whore and he is dangerously stupid but we can’t let that take our joy. Find one thing that makes you happy and that you enjoy even lf it’s fantasyland and wallow in it. Stop letting a crazy person frighten you and steal your pleasure in family and community.
