It will be appealed of course, but I don’t expect anything but a 7-2 SCOTUS ruling supporting the lower court.

Miller is trolling the libs - his tell is when he says “if the courts do the right thing”. He knows the administration will not prevail.

P.S. nationwide martial law is a physical impossibility.
