Assault and battery on a LEO in MA is a minimum of 90 days. I guess we'll find out whether "the community" (in the form of a jury of her peers) actually approves.

One point of caution - the guidance of making sure that ICE has a judicial warrant is for entering your home. They don't need one if they come upon you in the street.
