if memory serves, was wearing an attachment to a ribbon he supposedly did not earn. A reporter was on his way to the pentagon to question him about it. ADM Boorda killed himself before the reporter arrived. ADM Boorda was an Enlisted Man’s Admiral. Honor, integrity, grit, leadership ability out the Wazoo. Compare and contrast.
