My eyes are Wide Open here. This is nothing less than a complete Coup attempt.

The Judiciary is managed by the "AO" the Administrative Office in Washington DC, which is overseen by the US Judicial Conference (this is the Chief Judge of each Circuit). Judicial Policies and Directives to the Federal Judges and Court Staff are all administrated internally in this way.

Stephen Miller wants those to be managed by the Executive Branch. There is a big reason for this, which is in the Constitution, concerning the Separation of Powers.

So here we have the fascists attempting to take over both the Congress AND the Courts.

No Judges should even approve anything at all like this, and then we have the weak Lilly-Livered Republican Congress who should have freaking Impeached and Removed the Menace to the Country from office.

The saddest thing? Our Dumbed-Down Electorate wouldn't see anything at all wrong with this attempt to Destroy the Constitution and the Rule of Law that keeps this Country Free.
