Republicans in congress will give Donnie 98% of the cuts he wants, and throw in a few more to boot. Once the new budget becomes law, the media will portray it as trivial formalities that they jumped the gun. We'll win a few court cases related to payments under the current budget, and every victory matters, but in the end, usaid will be all but eliminated, etc.
