1). Musk often treats himself to drugs with hallucinatory properties.
2). Musk has no idea of how the federal government works.
3). In the case of Social Security, his intent was to damage the organization internally so that it would collapse, he'd say "OOOPS. It's BROKEN. I must fix it. Let's PRIVATIZE it," even though HE is the one who BROKE it.

Americans are supposed to be SO IGNORANT AND CLUELESS that they can't SEE his BRILLIANT Machiavellian moves.

In reality, he's an ignorant, drugged, unlelected immigrant with a lot of props for his selfies.
