Makes the excellent point that you don't meet the adversary where they are, you meet them where you envision us all going. But the writers put practical specifics to that effort. It's a toolkit-- we badly need the "how to" spelled out.
Too often when I see people advocating engaging with Magas, there's a whiff of liberal guilt and the necessity to "understand" them and reach out--smells like triangulation, the urge to pile everybody on some mythical middle ground. The lazy approach. What this website seems to be advocating is how to sell your own position in a stronger way. Which takes more focus and work.
I like the assumption of success by practical means. We do have an opportunity here--it's pretty clear that The Sane of all stripes, ages, colors, persuasions and affiliations-- need to come together for this fight, but it cannot be at the expense of the most hardcore progressive values.
