9. Institutions like the Smithsonian should be legally firewalled from any president.

Legislation to that effect needs to be passed when democrats retake congress.

In fact, there are a lot of institutions that are taxpayer funded, e.g., NIH, that must be
firewalled FROM ANY PRESIDENT.

The fucked up "legal concept" referred to by the anodyne term "unitary executive" needs to a stake driven into its heart.

Also, the presidential oath of office needs to be more specific and include references to the liberty and welfare of people and not just the constitution.

Oh, and democrats need to pack the court if at all possible. Also, older or declining in health democratic leaning justices need to friggin retire during the first few months of a democratic president, and stop putting their ego ahead of the country.
