Is a direct, loud and clear message to the militias he just released from prison to go after them.
As soon as he was released Tario gave a statement saying he is going to make people pay for what they did to him and the other oathkeepers, they are not hiding it.
Trump is painting targets on those he wants killed.
So far pompeo, Bolton, fauci and probably others I don't know.
The first two are wealthy enough to hire top security, I'm not sure how much and for how long Fauci can.
