4. I have said that they have him on drug cocktail.

And switch up the meds according to his day to day mood/cognition and specific events and tasks.

Sometimes he looks sedated and falling asleep.
Other times he is manic and bouncing around.

Other times he is articulate, sometimes he can hardly speak.

It is certain he is being coached sometimes too.

Or I wonder if he wears an earpiece and listening to words as he speaks.
