A lot of old guys in that picture. They don't seem too put out by the low temps.

You're missing the bigger point. They're supposedly rough, tough individuals. It's been done before. Why not now? Weakness perhaps? Seriously, low 20's and bright sunshine isn't a bad day to be out for some of us. Guess you're the exception.

Hell, Danny Quayle was more of a Jack Kennedy than the Convict, and the Senator was no Jack Kennedy.

Of course JFK way younger. He also lived in Boston, a usually colder climate than NYC, let alone DC.More used to it.
