10. The idea of surviving Trump's passing has been a huge motivating factor

for me, but I'm beginning to see things differently as the pieces of this new administration fall into place--especially the capitulation of people like Bezos and Zuckerberg. I'm much less sanguine than I have been previously. I'm bracing myself, too, for the possibility that some individuals I truly admire and views as leaders may cave and align themselves with what Trump and his oligarchs are assembling. I'm prepared to be shocked.
