Overall scoring for MAGA lies is derived from 3 categories:
1. Entertainment -- will people tune in to a news show just to view coverage of it? for how long?
2. Repeatability -- can it be easily recycled by late-night comedians and/or as a dance remix? was it delivered comprehensibly?
3. Victims -- how many people were hurt by the lie? were they the intended target? were they targeted for the correct demographics?

Clearly the "Haitian immigrants eating Springfield pets" lie scores highly in the first two categories but could lose some points in the third, as the ensuing bomb threats impacted the city's general population, including some white males.
