A well respected ”Trust-rating opinion poll” conducted in Sweden once every year since 1997 found huge differences last month regarding eg. these two of many more questions about world political leaders and influencers.

Among the results:

53 percent of Swedes ”trust" Volodymir Zelenskyj, but only 8 percent do so when it comes to Donald Trump (though Vladimir Putin only got 1 percent ”YES”…)

The same question asked about influencers: 16 percent ”trust” Taylor Swift, 9 percent Joe Rogan, but only 5 percent ”trust” Elon Musk.


METHOD: 2509 webb interviews with persons 16–84 years of age (conducted between January 20-February 2, 2025 – please, NOTICE the weeks!)
