Jack Smith's final report on Donald Trump's alleged criminal activities was released late Monday, and it didn't take long for Trump to get on social media to have a complete meltdown. He blasted Smith for his report, calling him a "lamebrain" who couldn't get the case tried before the election, and that was just one of many personal attacks that Trump lobbied. But it wasn't just Smith he went after - he also decided to blast Late Night talk show host Seth Meyers for some reason. Farron Cousins explains what happened.

I assume he is now undergoing medical psychiatric care in a secure facility.

Does this mean Vance will be sworn in as president because the president-elect, being completely insane, is unable to function on a basic level?

I haven't heard anything about this yet on the radio, but I assume it will be breaking soon. It's been apparent for quite some time Trump's mental health has been deteriorating, but it still comes as a bit of a surprise that he's had a complete breakdown.

Unfortunately things are unlikely to be better under Vance, possibly worse.
