According to Mango Mussolini and his cult, he's already been elected twice, so the 22nd amendment would prevent him from running again . Oh, wait that's right the Constitution is just a piece of paper.

And the 22nd Amendment means even less to him, he believes he's "entitled" to get anything he wants, regardless of rules, laws and 248 years of history.
