House fails to pass Speaker Johnson's government funding plan - CBS News



The House voted 202 to 220 Wednesday rejecting Speaker Mike Johnson's proposal to extend government funding for six months. Congress has until Oct. 1 to reach an agreement to keep the government open. - Aired on 09/18/2024.

i didn't realize trump wanted to fail funding, i thought this would work against 'pukes. so there's reason to celebrate, and reason to hate that trump got his way.
