(39,738 posts)It was about back to school shopping. A mother asked her young daughter what kind of shoes she wanted. The daughter said she didnt want shoes that lit up when she walked because it would make her easier to see for a school shooter. Thanks republicans.

(221,547 posts)My cousin has a daughter who is still severely traumatized just by the shooting drills she's experienced in school - she is afraid to go anywhere alone. And this is in Colorado where Columbine took place. My cousin's friend got a deal on a house several years ago because it's located right across the street from Columbine High School.
