11. This was my first thought, too!! Although not coronavirus related, I took his statements

about delegates to mean he wanted to diminish the complete blowouts he was experiencing which was the key to Biden's delegate lead. Many Biden supporters might take him at his word and not show up, thereby closing the delegate gap, which he can then describe as "influence".

We know his supporters will still show up to vote.

I think he gave this strategy away when he clearly stated he was still collecting delegates. Disclaimer: I'm not on Twitter, but it seems I'm not the only one to find this whole development kinda fishy.

Under campaign finance law, if a candidate withdraws, the money flow stops. The campaign stops.

If any candidate suspends, s/he can still accept donations, pay expenses, pay back personal loans.

I just saw in another thread that Senator Sanders is paying staff health care through October. A great gesture of support to his staff, but it is donations which will make the actual payments.

I believe that most, if not all of the other presidential candidates "suspended."

Senator Sanders suspended and then... Um, well, duh... The Senator has not and will not be onboard until (or sadly, unless) he endorses Vice President Biden.
