...are they then disenfranchised? Are the ballots just thrown away?
Also, if you move the election, do you send out new vote by mail ballots?
This is a cluster if you try to move an election the day before the election, particularly when a lot of people have already voted by mail.

Why would you think they'd destroy the current absentee ballots? What reason could anyone give for such a thing?

(46,591 posts)Like I said, OH is extremely strict and disqualify ballots if something is marked incorrectly. People who voted already voted on ballots that say election is on March 17.
Would those ballots be disqualified?
