If People Have Submitted Absentee Ballots, and Primary Election Is Moved...

...are they then disenfranchised? Are the ballots just thrown away?

Also, if you move the election, do you send out new vote by mail ballots?

This is a cluster if you try to move an election the day before the election, particularly when a lot of people have already voted by mail.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden

Do you then send out a new batch just for those folks who did not send in their ballot? Of course, that gets risky if you make a mistake and leave someone out.

and count them on the new election day. If you haven't already voted, you can now, before that new election day.

Why would you think they'd destroy the current absentee ballots? What reason could anyone give for such a thing?

Like I said, OH is extremely strict and disqualify ballots if something is marked incorrectly. People who voted already voted on ballots that say election is on March 17.
Would those ballots be disqualified?

The absentee ballots they voted on now would say election day is March 17.
Will that automatically invalidate that ballot if election day is moved to June 2nd?
