Related: About this forumIndica or Sativa? Or Hybrids? (POLL)
Which type of cannabis do you prefer?
That dank indica like an OG?
That light and buzzy feeling you get from a sativa like a haze?
Or a hybrid bring something from both sides of the plant?

(3,747 posts)But then I remembered the Dutch Treat I had this weekend, and the indica I'm having now is excellent...
I can't decide. Different times call for different strains.

(51,907 posts)Afgooey in particular. I like a sativa buzz during the day, but mostly I'm too busy to deal with the distraction.

(3,569 posts)Indices are too couch lock'y mostly, and Sativa just not hitting pain. Of course it is very hard to find non hybrid strains. Indicas are too hard to grow, have way smaller yields.

(559 posts)But I like any Indica any time, pretty much! Sensi Star my Bud-of-the-Moment fav. California Hash Plant, Girl Scout Cookies, Mazar, Grape God, Blue OG, Banana Kush, Critical Kush, Sugar Black Rose, OG 18, Cheese, Querkle, Afghani anything. I made some choc chip cookies last week with Delahaze (100% Sativa) butter (for a friend) and they were WOW. I'll do that again! But moderation the key with these hummers. Party On!

(18,773 posts)depending on current symptoms and time of day. Usually, more sativa in the morning, more indica in the evening. It probably evens out to near 50/50 for the entire 24hr period.
The ones I have currently are technically both hybrids, but one is mostly indica (Killa Watt) and one mostly sativa (Jack the Ripper).

(15,429 posts)And none of those "claimed Sativa" hybrids that actually have been polluted with Indica.
If I want to go to sleep, I'll hit some Indica.
But the best cannabis strains I have ever had were 100% pure Sativa.
If it doesn't take a minimum of 12 weeks to ripen from the day flowering is started, it's hardly worth the effort.
