Are Corporations still drug testing for Marijuana in the state?

Pending hire, they will test. They say they will also test if you show up impaired, but I've never known anyone to be tested randomly or even under suspicion. When I was at the orientation for the job--and this was over three years ago--the union representative who spoke to us said they are trying to make an exception for medical marijuana but I haven't heard if that has happened yet. The HMO I work for is known for progressive practices, so I expect it to become a non-issue at some point. I also know employees who imbibe seemingly w/o concern.

You can fuck at work and you can get fucked up at work but never fuck up while you're fucked up at work.
