Chile removes marijuana from the "hard drugs" list

Now when in the hell is Obama going to do something like that? The longer it takes him, the more he pisses me off. I thought we were in the "Obama gives zero fucks" stage of Obama's presidency. Maybe I should face the fact that he does not WANT to do it and is NOT going to do it. Such a wasted opportunity, and an opportunity to be wasted.

But if he doesn't do something really significant by the end of his term, I'll be disappointed. I'm sure he's waiting until after the elections, probably at the behest of people like DWS.
