Anecdotal information for what it's worth

I recently ran into a friend who had never used the herb. She had been in an accident that left her with a pain issue. Her doctor recommended she try a marijuana patch and it worked very well. She is also a diabetic. She began to required less and less insulin, which she had been using for over 5 years. After a period of several weeks she is now not having to inject herself at all. She also told me she has another friend that has experienced the same results from use of a patch.
Are there other people out there with similar experiences?
