I wonder if that is a consideration by this guy handing out the joints. The assumption is they would smoke the weed themselves, as consenting adults. But I’d be willing to bet they covert at least some of that weed to dollars. And they likely are not asking for 21 and up ID.

The drugs I was offered was not just weed either.
