Which state will be the last to get legal marijuana....

I live in Kansas and I think we might be the last. This damn state house won’t even legalize medical and the highway patrol makes up all sorts of crap to convince them not to vote for medical.

When the 50th, or perhaps 51st, State legalizes reality, there will exist still, the state of denial.
Somewhere, a county, city, zip code, or HOA will continue refusing to join the 22nd century.

had an article rating which states would most likely legalize in the future. Indiana and Kansas were last if I recall.

unless the Feds did it first, so at least till 2025 unless the Fed surprises. Even if that would happen it'll probably not happen. IN used to be one of the biggest producers of hemp way back in the day. They can't even get that done. You can get CBD permit but that process is so convoluted it's hard to make a profit.

I live in KS, too... and I've always said we'll be the absolute last state to ever legalize it in any form. And boy, could I use it for my fibromyalgia!
