CBD oil tastes GAWDAWFUL!!

I got a sampler of 4 types from a supplier of extracts from European hemp. Tried a few drops straight. Yecch!! Much better in ginger tea (10 drops) with a bit of sherry. Also I heard that rubbing it on your hands at night and then putting on vinyl gloves on is helpful for arthritis. Waiting to see if I notice any anti-inflammatory effect.

Of to vape some Afgooey and eat a 10 mg Indica chocolate Bomb Bon. Night night.

depends on the oil that is used, i.e. grapeseed oil (my favorite) has little to no taste, but takes longer to make. Whereas canola (organic only) is quicker to make but tastes nasty.

The oil is great for arthritis and spasms/cramps/restless leg.

I take a tsp of canna-oil at bedtime for paralytic spasms and insomnia. I have hemiplegia due to a traumatic brain injury and am paralyzed in my lower body.

I have used it topically for sore muscles, a pinched nerve (ouch!), neuropathy and an undiagnosed growth on my lower arm. (It made the growth disappear.)

Although I do not have arthritis, I have given some to a few people that do and they tell me they get great relief.

I've been ingesting a capsule before bedtime, and also rubbing my hands with it and putting on vinyl gloves. it does seem to be helping, and I'm not noticing a lot of difference between the two samples I've tried so far. Skipped the topical application last night, and found that I shouldn't have. More flexibility and less pain.

Be mindful what part of the plant its extracted from, There are "Cannabis" oils out there extracted from parts of the plant that have zero therapeutic effect, inasmuch as they don't actually contain any CBD.
