How do I delete expired debit cards from DU's list of my cards?

They take a non-account holder as a one-time user and you pay by card or touchless (phone etc)

I am obviously not authoritative, just a user.

I never heard of DU taking anything but a check in the mail. I guess you have to message the admins if they do hold card info.
