403 error when posting anything with a body. Header posts fine. 2 different devices. Ideas?

4. I also had that problem last night, the only way I solved it was to remove some of the information

In my post and then to add it again via post edit. It took numerous tries. I never know when or why this happens.

5. At first it seemed a smiley added to the body might have done that.

Then it made no difference. Then it worked again??

6. It's happened to me so many times and even if I completely start over, it makes no difference

I usually preview before I post an OP and I got the first 403 error when I did that. Last night I removed the description in the post, then added it by editing it.
