4. I am surprised that when there's often an acknowledged relationship

between cruelty to animals and violence against others inference is lacking in other situations. For example, logic should dictate that violence against women and girls should also translate into the community at large. There's plenty of research that supports domestic violence translates to mass shootings. Why is law enforcement so poorly informed? I am of the belief that it's the continued subjugation of women and girls that is perpetuated by lousy law enforcement that results in the continuation of mass shootings.
