for example, why would there EVER be a backlog to testing evidence from rapes? THESE ARE CRIMES OF EXTREME VIOLENCE.

Nearly unbearable seeing all of it played out, all of those stories, and knowing it happens so often.

Every 73 seconds just in America. I shudder to think of how much worse it is in some other countries.
