You know...

I'm a democrat. Supporting a democratic candidate for president of the United States.

Also, I support women. I am a feminist.

I support common goals of progressives.

The second fact gets me branded as a hater or troll or disruptor. Discussing feminist issues here has brought the wrath down upon me and I am considered a troll. An enemy of democrats. And I don't think it's just the members here. I do not abuse the jury process. I received a response from an admin in ATA where I believe it was implied I was a hater. I would like to know.. a hater of what? I am not sure how else to take the response.

It's really really weird isn't it, though?

I do not personally attack people here with personal insults. I do have retorts and responses to what I believe are sexist or misogynist comments. I guess it's frowned upon to do this here, though.

Have you experienced this? I cannot believe I am the only one. Looking for some ideas on how to combat this mindset. I am not a hater. Nor am I a disruptor.

Just that there are people posting bullshit on both sides. More from Bernie supporters, but I think that's just because there are so many more Bernie supporters here.

Edited to add that you're obviously not a disruptor, and I'm sorry you're dealing with this. There are people who don't want to hear anything that doesn't fit their narrative, and there's a lot of delusional thinking here lately.

Just a general statement that not all haters were anti-Hillary. I agree that you do not come across as a hater or disruptor. You support Hillary and you are a strong feminist , both of which will automatically get you a black mark from some people here, but they should not concern you personally because they oppose everyone who supports her and speaks up against sexism. HOF has long been a target of the haters and Hillary supporters are now in the line of fire.

Try not to take it personally. We need your voice here!
