[font color="navy" face="Verdana"]The reTHUGs spend a majority of their time pursuing legislation that they know is futile and that never goes anywhere. Time will tell.

Why just face book, how long before they want you personal e-mail password or a list of message boards you post on. There are so many places I disrespect my previous employer, facebook is where my dog plays games - revealing company almost secrets, well of what goes on behind closed management doors.

With precedent they can push for more. They want to make sure that no bad press is coming from, their employees.

And those companies without Unions, they want to stay that way. They need to see what the workers are saying away from them to keep any unionizing curbed.

have to walk around with film crews 24/7 so they can know what we say all the time.

I remember applying for a job at UPS - they asked if I were married and they asked for my social security number. I told them if they offered me a job i would answer those questions, but as only an applicant I decline to answer. I believe it was illegal for them to ask. Anyway I was told they would not be interviewing me anymore because I had a bad attitude and would not fit in - i.e. not subservient enough for them. I decided, the company was not worth my time either.
