I never really considered evolution of a practice, sport, or "art" to be killing it? Is this really how it is viewed? (I can't watch right now, but who is "they" and is this a widespread view? )

I have always told my patients to learn yoga and tai chi. I have only taken yoga myself so far but tai chi is my goal for this year!
