"Dr" Oz makes tons of money from the suckers who watch and believe his shows.

Daytime TV talk shows are a mishmash of cheating spouses, dubious at best advocacy, and flat-out bullshit.

2. When I see my actual doctor, Doc Oz is often on the waiting room tv

I don't blame my doctor specifically; I'm usually the last scheduled appointment of the day, and Doc Oz comes on right as I enter the office, so it's simply a case of the tv already being tuned to that channel.

I've been in a number of Oz discussions here in GD, and I'm amazed at the passion of his supporters. His status, his visiblity, and his reach make him among the most dangerous and toxic proponents of anti-science that we've seen in recent years.

3. Like the graphic about homeopathy, Dr Oz is full of shit.

Sadly, my wife fell for one of his miracle weight loss shakes schemes.
