(898 posts)The election will be just the first step on a very long journey. I think there will be many strong laws passed to go after money needed to repair the damage tRump has done and address problems that have been long ignored.
If anybody is going to have a business that brings them money they must pay employees a living wage. Roll back the tax cuts tRump has passed. Raise the tax rate on the ultra wealthy. Do away with government subsidies that are not needed. Go after overcharging on government contracts. No company will be in business in the United States and pay no taxes - no matter where their home offices are located. Probably a better list will be made up with the help of Elizabeth Warren.

(26,608 posts)A while back I arrived at a local post office just as they were doing one of the three daily emptyings of the four mailboxes in front. Each one of the four was extremely full. And that was just one of three emptyings of just four mailboxes out of how many thousands are out there?
In reality, we have had the best post office in the world for a very long time. Talk to anyone who deals with foreign post offices (I have a friend who does regularly) and you'll learn just how good ours is.
Also, I saw something a day or two ago that gave numbers on the many millions of packages the P.O. handles in the last week or ten days before Christmas. Typically vastly more than the potential mail-in ballots this November.
