Been saving up for it for 5 years now. Loose change and unspent bills goes into a Castle Tower bank, then to the Bank twice a year. Adds up.
Hopefully by Fall of 2022, hubby and I will be able to go. We loved the UK in 2015. Next year will be our 50th Wedding Anniversary year.

(37,352 posts)I give him credit for his occasional visits to countries where tourism dollars are hardly to be found, like Iran and Ethiopia. He clearly means these visits to be "broadening" for the viewers, who are most unlikely to travel there themselves.
