Dave Daubenmire has been conducting his far-right online rants aimed at homosexuals and Jews against a backdrop of the Stadium of Light.
A football club is understood to be considering legal action against an American right-wing commentator using its stadium as a background for his online broadcasts.
Dave Daubenmire, a far-right Christian who goes by the name Coach Dave, has developed an online following on the fringes of ultra-conservative politics with his unhinged rants on YouTube .
Inspired by his past as a high school American football coach, his videos adopt a visual sports theme and have him appearing against the backdrop of sporting stadiums, including the Stadium of Light .
The extreme internet personality, who has referred to LGBTQ pride events as homo shame parades and pedalled anti-Semitic myths about Jews, has been using an image of Sunderland AFCs home ground in his videos since June 6.

ChronicleLive understands officials are furious the clubs image is being co-opted by Daubenmire and are using legal channels to deal with the problem.
Paul Dobson, a spokesperson for the fanzine A Love Supreme, criticised Daubenmire for hijacking the an image of the clubs ground.
He said: The easy option would be to ignore him. However, using our stadium as background, especially with Haway the Lads in full view, means we cant.
Its simply unacceptable and makes my blood boil.
His videos would be funny if the content wasnt so obnoxious.
To be in any way associated with his views is extremely detrimental to the image and reputation of our club.
SAFC, and any other club whose images have been used without permission by this man, should take the strongest legal action possible.
The issue of the far-right in America has become highly charged in recent days after violence broke out when neo-Nazis and Ku Klux Klan members descended on Charlottesville and clashed with counter-protesters.
Daubenmire, whose address is listed as Hebron, Ohio, has issued a long defence of the far-right demonstrators who marched through the Virginia city carrying Ku Klux Klan-style torches and guns and said they deserve the support of the church.
In other videos, he has given a platform to 9/11 conspiracy theorists and called for violent Christianity.

BTW, you wanna know who informed Sunderland AFC about this scumbag? Me! I sent them an e-mail once I notice the "Stadium of Light" was being used by this hateful asshole. One way to stop this pricks is to catch them slipping up when they use images, songs, or film clips without the creators permission--and then inform the copyright holders via e-mail to the respective party.
